Hirsch in Print
Selected Writings
In his 37 years with Stereo Review, Julian Hirsch wrote some 2,400 test reports, more than 400 monthly “Technical Talk” columns (rarely missing an issue), and numerous feature articles. We’ve selected a handful of the more significant ones to represent his whole vast output, now accessible only in private collections and library copies of Stereo Review. The articles are provided here in PDF form so that you can see them, and print them out, as they originally appeared in the magazine. Some of the files are large and may take a while to download, but we think you’ll find them worth the wait.
