What is podcasting?
Think of it as TiVo for audio. Podcasting brings Sound & Vision Radio to your computer or portable audio player. This allows for the file to be played anytime, anywhere. To subscribe to a podcast, you'll need to install podcast subscription software such as the latest version of iTunes. By subscribing, you'll get automatic updates every time we publish a new episode.

What equipment do you need?
The basic requirements for podcasting are a computer, podcasting software (such as the latest version of iTunes) and an Internet connection. To carry the file with you, you'll need a portable audio player.
