The Bangles make most people think of eternal flames or walking Egyptians — but perhaps those listeners should be thinking of the band’s underrated full-length debut, 1984’s All Over the Place, one of the great power-pop albums of its time. This is their best since then — and, not coincidentally, the one that fully rekindles their love affair with ’60s folk-rock and sunshine pop.
