This is nearly a reunion of the original Depeche Mode, putting cofounder Vince Clarke (later of Yaz and Erausre) back together with Mode mainstay Martin Gore — and sure enough, the opening “Lowly” has that “Just Can’t Get Enough” groove. It’s largely instrumental though, so it sounds like a remix of a never-made Mode album.
