The Swedish psychedelic rockers are back after a four-year break with an album they’ve billed as their farewell. Accordingly it doesn’t break new ground, just refines everything they’ve done before. The Who-like rockers, spaced-out stretches, and blissed-out vibe are all intact, but with shorter tracks (the longest is five minutes) and more killer hooks. Song for song it may be their strongest.
