This solo debut doesn’t waver a bit from the crowd-pleasing Brooks & Dunn formula: There are fist-waving rockers as well as ballads with mile-wide hooks and sentiments, all of it sporting an arena-ready production sheen. Dunn deserves points for choosing the message song “Bleed Red” as the advance single, even if few non-cranks would disagree with its message.
