In this hilarious female Hangover Kristen Wiig — who’s in a personal tailspin — is tasked with serving as the maid of honor for her best friend (Maya Rudolph). The tension rises with the arrival of Rudolph’s new friend, the beautiful and seemingly perfect Rose Byrne, and a roster of bridesmaids including the miserable mom (Wendi McLendon-Covey), the hopeful newlywed (Ellie Kemper) and a scene-stealing female Zach Galifianakis (Melissa McCarthy). Suffice it to say, if all chick flicks followed this format no man would ever complain about being dragged to them. This Blu-ray offers two versions of the film — theatrical and unrated (which runs an additional six minutes) — and enough outtakes, deleted scenes, and alternate lines to make two more movies.
