If Dexter ever needs any tips might we recommend Rhoda (Patty McCormack), an angelic looking 8-year-old who is rotten to the core. Nancy Kelly plays a mom who thinks she has the ideal daughter until people start showing up dead. This 1956 shocker played to every parent’s fear: No matter how perfect your child may seem, he or she could be a manipulative and uncontrollable murderer. The movie is a campy time capsule of a bygone era, much like classic Twilight Zone episodes. Unfortunately, the Blu-ray quality leaves a lot to be desired, even for a black and while film, putting it on par with the 2004 DVD.
Video: 1080p 1.78:1; Audio: DTS-HD MA Mono; Special Features: Commentary with Actress Patty McCormack and Interviewer Charles Busch, “Enfant Terrible: A Conversation with Patty McCormack,” theatrical trailer.
