State-of-the-art digital animation is the main selling point for the second installment in the raucous Kung Fu Panda franchise. It’s the highest-grossing movie ever directed by a woman — namely, Jennifer Yuh Nelson (and a first-time director at that), who worked on storyboards, visual effects, and stunts for the original movie. Jack Black returns as the voice of Po, and he’s joined once again by Angelina Jolie, Gary Oldman, Dustin Hoffman, Jackie Chan, Seth Rogen, Lucy Liu, David Cross, Michelle Yeoh, and Jean-Claude Van Damme. If you can’t get enough Fu, there are reportedly four more sequels planned. This one’s also available on Blu-ray 3D as a Best Buy exclusive.
