If you’re looking at this list and asking yourself what a mass effect is, I have one question for you: Have you been living under a rock? Mass Effect 3 closes out the sci-fi role-playing game trilogy that started in 2007. Commander Shepard finds himself on Earth, fighting off an invasion by the Reapers, an ancient mechanical alien race that destroys all organic life forms in the galaxy every few millennia.
