Panasonic Viera GT25 Series 3D Plasma The TC-P50GT25 offers an interesting combination of traditional and new. This 50-incher continues Panasonic’s long-held allegiance to plasma, but it also combines plasma with cuttingedge 3D technology. Best of all, this TV hits a relatively low price point.
As with the higher-end VT25 models, this GT25 provides USB connectivity, THX certification, Skype video-phone capability (with optional camera), and Viera Cast media streaming (options include Netflix, Amazon Video on Demand, YouTube, Pandora, and Twitter). Models in the GT25 Series are the first Panasonic TVs to offer 2D-to-3D-video conversion circuitry. The GT25 also comes in a 42-inch version that’s $400 less. Active-shutter 3D glasses are sold separately. Panasonic.com
