Those who want to taste the magic of the GoldenEar Triton Two, S+V’s 2010 Audio Product of the Year, but don’t dig tower speakers (i.e., me) will be happy to hear about the new Aon 2 and Aon 3, GoldenEar’s new minispeakers. The $499-each Aon 3 shown here has a 7-inch woofer, the same High-Velocity Folded Ribbon tweeter that made the Triton Two so awesome, and two 8-inch passive radiators for bass reinforcement. The Aon 3 demo showed it can deliver the kind of unbelievably spacious yet focused sound that made the Triton Two such a hit.

Brent,
I've been reading the various soundbar reviews on this site trying to decide between a few different soundbars. I'm at a loss though on and need some expert advice.
I was debating between the ZVOX 580 and the BA TVee 30. Then I found comments for the upcoming PowerBar 235.
I'm no audiophile, and cost is a factor. However, I'm willing to spend a bit more on to get quality and a good user experience. That being said, I don't know which of these 3 is my best option. I'm using mainly for movies and tv, though will likely listen to some audio CDs (or my wife will).
The ZVOX cost is half that of the PowerBar, though the PowerBar is "higher end". The BA is a bit more than the ZVOX, but I've read poor reviews regarding customer service. Any recommendations or guidance?
Much appreciated.
Thanks,
--Hummad
