“Essentially, it’s seaworthy.” That’s the elevator pitch that Leon Speakers acoustic engineer Joe Shaheen gave me for the Boundary B404, the company’s new outdoor speaker. “It’s not specifically a speaker for boats, it’s just inspired by them,” he added. True to its nautical vibe, the gorgeous, $2,200-each speaker is made from Philippine mahogany, coated in actual nautical finishes designed to last through years of exposure to sun and salt water.
Leon Speakers consulted with the engineers at outdoor speaker specialist Terra Speakers in the design of the B404. There’s also a Boundary LR, which by my reckoning is the world’s first outdoor soundbar.

Hi, Tony. You mean the Steinway-Lyngdorf system, right? Sorry - momentary lapse. The system demoed was about $480,000. But as our review of the S-series shows, they do have much less-expensive system that use essentially the same technology.
Very impressive, my question is what is the cost of the system? Thanks
