Paul Barton is no stranger to the NRC’s anechoic chamber, having used it for nearly four decades years to design and test speakers. To the left, directly behind Paul, is an array of five B&K 41B3 measurement microphones. These sit at a distance of 2 meters from the speaker platform (a distance that allows for full integration of a speaker’s various drivers) and can be remotely controlled to adjust height level.
