The Omni SP3i (the top product in the photo) was one of the few compact systems I saw at CES that didn't feature Bluetooth. Instead, it has Apple's AirPlay, which lets you stream wirelessly from iPhones, iPads, and computers running iTunes. For what the SP3i offers, the $229 price is a bargain. It's got a 4-inch down-firing subwoofer, two midrange and two tweeters, plus a great-looking leather covering. A piano lacquer finish runs $20 more. But no matter which finish you choose, you'll have to wait till Q3 to buy an SP3i.
