Digital Projection
While Digital Projection has had the award winning Titan 3D 3 chip projector in their line-up for more than a year, at $84,000 it was out of the reach of many. At CEDIA, Digital Projection launched their new M-Vision Cine Series which brings the price of projection to a far broader audience at $18,000. The M-Vision 400-3D model is a single chip, 1080p DLP model, offering 2000:1 contrast and 5500 ANSI lumens in 2D mode. It uses active 3D technology and will work with a variety of third party glasses and emitter systems. The unit is expected to ship in Q4.
