Sucker Punch (March 25) Seeing as Zach Snyder is a director whose career consists entirely of remakes or adaptations (Dawn of the Dead, 300, Watchmen, Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole), it shouldn't be surprising that his first "original" movie is a hodgepodge of everything: Anime, war movies, video games, comic books, fetish videos — you name it. Is it tawdry and cheap? Sure. Do we want to see it? Sigh. Yes.
