As soon as you turn on the WACS700 main base (left) and its satellite, they automatically find each other — no pairing, seeking, or inputting required. The system supports up to five satellites ($299 each; $199 without speakers).

AIR TRAFFIC Although the Streamium will rip your CDs to its 40-gigabyte hard disk, you can get your PC in on the game, too, sending over your already-ripped tunes via the Ethernet connection. Sorry, though — no iTunes support.
