At this year's Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, the Edifier Group launched a trio of stylish budget products, two of which won CES Innovations Design & Engineering Awards.

Recognized in the Computer Peripherals category was the E3350 speaker system (top left, $100), with its pyramid-punk subwoofer, two-way satellites, and wired controller. Besides the red color you see here, you can also choose from orange, purple, pink, yellow, light green, and yes, black.

Honored in the Audio Components category was the Rainbow wireless transmitter and receiver/amplifier (top right, $200), employing "ultra-low-loss, no-compression" infrared technology. Speakers are optional, but the Rainbow can be used with any exisiting stereo pair.

Lastly, the S730 multimedia speaker system (bottom, $400) is another 2.1 setup; the sub has a 10-inch driver and two passive radiators. Remote control: included. iPod: not. For details on the Canadian company, see edifier.ca.
