We're smack-dab in the middle of the Olympics (well, day 5 out of 17), and while the opening ceremonies didn't have the Cirque du Soleil-meets-Bravehard sense of epic theatrical scale the 2008 Beijing Olympics had, it's still a great event for any fan of winter sports.
