The CanJam section of the annual Rocky Mountain Audio Fest, which took place this weekend at the Denver Tech Center, is one of the best places in the U.S. for audiophiles to sample headphones and headphone amps. Sure, you'll find some hotly anticipated products making their debuts at the event, but what's even better for visitors is that many of the manufacturers involved bring several models — and sometimes their entire lines — and they’re all sitting out waiting for you to give ’em a listen.
Which is exactly what I did on Friday and Saturday, walking from table to table to find out what’s new in the headphone world. The accompanying photo essay shows the stuff I found most interesting.
