Good news for Xbox 360 owners: you might be able to watch live sporting events through your Xbox and ESPN in the future. According to the New York Times, Microsoft and Disney are in talks to potentially bring ESPN content to the Xbox.
The companies haven't announced anything yet, but the Times speculates that ESPN could provide streaming video content to the Xbox 360, through a subscriber-based service similar to the network's ESPN 360 service. The names are already similar! If any deal is struck, it would join the already impressive amount of content available on the Xbox 360, including Xbox Live Marketplace's downloadable videos and streaming Netflix service.
