When you do these kind of reviews, could we find out the Max size screen the projector can use? Your 102" screen is a bit dinky?? My screen is 140" and when I purchase a 3D projector I would like to be sure I can fill my screen with image.

Thanks. Brian

I am wondering if some of the flaws described in the review of the Epson5010 could be related to the individual sample. With Epson clearly trying to "own" the bread and butter projector market, I would think a flaw in the lamp filter could cause the observed screen uniformity issue . An inexpensive and simple fix, I would think. Addressing the color point inaccuracy, beyond the projector's calibration capability should be addressed by Epson and fixed with a running production change. The fan noise issue would be worth some additional work by Epson, as well. A slightly higher price would not be a deal breaker on a machine of this capability.
Epson projectors have always been discredited for noisy fans, but also credited for long lamp life and a less extravagant lamp replacement cost. If achieving that requires a more noisy fan, most people in this price bracket could accept that.

Loved the perspectives.

Thanks.
