
Last weekend might have seemed a bit long and boring for some Netflix subscribers. No movies in their mailboxes. How did they survive?
Without explanation or warning, all of Netflix's 55 shipping centers across the country experienced a massive outage. No movies were shipped for three days.
Netflix announced on Friday that the issues were resolved and the shipping centers were back to normal.
What are they gonna do to make nice with their subscribers?

Current customers will get a 15% credit on their next bill, and customers with a trial membership will get an extra week for free.
