Monster has started shipping its FlatScreen SuperThin Cables for HDMI, which (spoiler alert!) are much thinner than regular cables. According to Monster, these new cables are 55% thinner than conventional HDMI cables. Thinness alone isn't that notable, but thanks to the thinness the cables are remarkably flexible. They can be bent to nearly right angles, which makes them ideally suited for really cramped spaces, like behind an HDTV mounted against a wall. They're also HDMI 1.4-compliant.
Of course, they carry the standard Monster Cable premium. The cables are available in 1-meter, 2-meter, and 4-meter versions for $50, $60, and $80, respectively. If you're on a budget, you might be better off picking up some non-thin, right-angle HDMI cables for tight spaces.
