LG is joining Sony on the 3D HDTV bundle train with its newest announcement. The company is going to throw in a package of 3D video products when customers purchase the LG LX6500 or LX9500 3D-capable HDTVs. The package includes two pairs of active shutter 3D glasses, a $100 rebate form, and a certificate to get a copy of IMAX: Under the Sea 3D on Blu-ray Disc by mail.
It's not quite as impressive a bundle as the package Sony gives away with the purchase of a Bravia HX800 HDTV, but it's still a good way to get started with 3D content.
