3D movies have simultaneously reached their apex and nadir. Canadian teen pop sensation Justin Bieber is getting his own feature-length, widespread-release documentary film, and it's going to be in 3D. It gets weirder, too. Paramount is in talks with Davis Guggenheim to direct the biopic. Guggenheim was the director of An Inconvenient Truth, the global warming documentary that won the Oscar for best documentary in 2007. So basically, in a year or two we could be looking at Justin Bieber's life as the first 3D film to get the Academy Award for Best Documentary. I checked; it isn't April 1.
Bieber is also writing an autobiography, entitled Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story. Try wrapping your head around that.
