We've got yet another great audio giveaway for the holidays lined up this week: A complete starter system from Sonos, including the Play:3 connected speaker and a Bridge network interface (the package means that you can connect the Bridge to your home network, giving you maximum flexibility of placement for the Play:3 (and the Sonos players you'll inevitably be picking up for the other parts of your home once you get hooked on the system's convenience).
As usual, to qualify to win all you need to do is share your thoughts with us. This week's topic — do you currently use some sort of networked music playback system in your home? And if not, do you plan on installing such a system in the future? We want to know, and we want to know all about it. Do you do something as simple as putting your iTunes library on a networked drive so you can log in with your computer and tablet, or as complex as running a custom-integrator-installed whole-house system? Let us know.
One winner will be chosen randomly from among those who leave on-topic comments. The winner will receive a Sonos Play:3 and Bridge bundle, valued at $299, courtesy of Sonos. Remember, please feel free to say what you like, so long as it's on topic.
You will have to register as a user of our site (If you haven't commented before, head on up to the top of the page to the "Register" link, or go straight to the registration page) — no anonymous commenters, we need a valid e-mail contact address to inform you of your win. For shipping reasons, we can only accept entrants with shipping addresses in the contiguous 48 US states (apologies, international readers and intrepid residents of Alaska and Hawaii). We'll take entries until midnight (Eastern Time), on Wednesday, December 12, and notify the winner via e-mail by Friday, December 14th.
Good luck

I dont use a networked drive. Im still using sneakernet to move files from one device to another. I would love to have an OS agnostic way to save and store my music on my home network.
I currently have one Sonos Play 3 and love it. I've used it in every room in the house and outside, all with great sound. The droid app is very user friendly as well. I currently have all my music on a Western Digital NAS and can access it through the Sonos software. Anytime I add new music, I simply do an update to the music library. It's a convenient way to listen to my 300 gig of music. I would love to win this setup and give as a gift to a friend(even though I would be tempted to hang onto the Play 3 for a matching pair!)
Thanks for the contest and keep up the great reporting!
I use Apple TV (wired) to play I-tunes playlists through my home thearter system.
I'm interested in apple TV and I may try it in the future but, for now, I'm content with my content that I'm using now ! :)
I always wanted to try a Sonos product. As a long time reader, need to get rid of Mike Mettler
We use Apple Airplay with our Denon receiver.
Love Sonos products and would like to have this
I currently use my Marantz networked receiver to play Pandora mostly for internet music. The receiver is also Airplay capable so it sinks up nicely with my iTunes library.

Used to have a Slimdevices; now seems like using iphone/ipad with headphone is more convenient around the house.
I don't use any kind of multiroom system. I am way behind the times.
This is virgin territory for me, but I am so intrigued!
Sonos Bundle would be my first network music system. Good Luck!!
I currently use an apple tv and Xbox 360 but I am looking into audio specific streaming options like the songs.
I have never used a product like this, but I sure would like to! It looks amazing, looks to be wireless which is amazing! Good luck to all the others trying to win.
We don't currently have a home system, but it would be really useful for us. Right now, the best we have is our iTunes library backed up on an external hard drive so that we can play it through the playstation when we have guests over.
I've been a fan of Sonos since I saw how some friends had used it to integrate their entire house with several music sources. We just bought a new house and I'm finally ready to do a whole house system. This would rock as a way to get that started.
right now just on my computer. I am beyond boring.
Don''t know a thing about this stuff, but would love hands-on learning!
I do not have a networked playback system..I am thinking about getting one though
I don't have a networked audio system yet; but as a long time audiophile, it's the logical next step!
I do not use a networked music system yet, but the Sonos is my choice when I do.
we do not have any sort of networked system. We do have a wireless speaker in the living room. Would like to learn more about networking sound
we have so many different types of music players that this would be so great to have because we could all enjoy the benefits of this in one room or multiple. I'm sure my husband and son would love this!
Seems like a good way to enter the world of multi-room sound. Hasn't been much of a concern before but it would be a nice touch.
I just plug my ipod in every room i go. I do have network hardrive I haven't had a chance to play with it as much I would like to. The SONOS would be a nice start.
I don't know much about network connected audio equipment yet but I use Google Music which has all of my Music synced to the cloud so that I can listen to all of it from any computer or Android device like my phone. I guess that's network connected.
Mainly I just use headphones or my car stereo (with my phone and Google Music attached).
I have an Apple TV, Tivo and a Roku on my main system that has a powered zone 2 connected to in-walls speakers in my kitchen, deck and dining room. Having a Sonos might be nice for added flexibility for music in other rooms, though. :-)
I would love to own the Sonos Play 3. Sound and Vision have made it "sound" so cool! It would definitely improve music quality around my house. The coolest part is definitely the cross platform capabilities, I own numerous products that could stream to the Sonos Play 3 and would definitely use it a ton. Totally Recommending this website and this product to my friends. Thanks!
I dont have anything networked yet but id love to I usually listen to my ipod when doing things around the house or listen on my pc when using that :)
I currently do not use some sort of networked music playback system in my home. I listen to Sirrus radio from my Iphone to my Studio Series Audio System for iPhone/iPod. Pretty old school these days but it works for me.
I don't currently have a system, but I was thinking of buying a Sonos system. Winning this bundle would mean a great Christmas indeed!!

I have re-purposed an old laptop attached old amps that I control with my Android Tablet for background music around the house but I still use CD's in my Listening room. I am intrigued by the Sonos stuff.
I'm ready to upgrade my current music system. The Sonos Play:3 and Bridge bundle sounds interesting!
Does this mean I can spread Christmas cheer through the whole house should I wish it?! This sounds like an amazing piece of equipment. Thank you!
Only play my mp3 on portable player . Could Sonos play 3 sound any better?
I don't have networked music yet and my sons want me to get it together and get everything networked. this would be a great start for me.
Wow I am still in the stoneage. Half of this I don't understand. Help me to get into the future.
Thanks for the giveaway...we do not have a networked system; currently we use an iMac computer to access music or plug an iPod into a dock to crank out the tunes.
