Let me start off by saying that I don't really want a Coldplay album, even if it is free, but fans of Chris Martin and co. will be glad to know that they can download the band's nine-track live record, Left Right Left Right Left, at no cost starting on May 15. There aren't a ton of details about the quality of the digital files or how it'll be distributed, but we would really be impressed if they picked lossless and BitTorrent, respectively. Either way, this trend of free, legal music is encouraging, even if it is coming from guys who have already made their millions.
